Fulfillment of all orders is governed strictly by our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy.

We handle all inventory locally within South Africa, and orders are handed over to our trusted national courier partners (primarily The Courier Guy) for safe delivery to your doorstep. Unlike retail arbitrage models, Margreth retains full structural responsibility for your package until it is safely delivered and physically signed for at your designated street address. If an item is lost or structurally damaged in transit prior to delivery, we will issue a full replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Your purchases are subject to returns, exchanges, and refunds strictly in accordance with our separate, GMC-compliant Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing within these Terms of Service or our refund guidelines limits, restricts, or excludes your statutory legal consumer protections under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
