All times are in South African Standard Time (SAST). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

3. Next day delivery — eligible areas

Next day delivery is available to major metropolitan areas including:

Johannesburg & Pretoria
Cape Town
Durban
Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha
Bloemfontein
East London

Remote, peri-urban, and rural areas receive standard delivery of 3–5 business days. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

4. Courier partner

We partner with The Courier Guy for all deliveries. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your order at thecourierguy.co.za/tracking.

5. Order processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout
  • A dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent once your order ships
  • Payment must be successfully verified before an order is processed

6. Delays and exceptions

While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, Margreth cannot guarantee delivery times in the event of courier disruptions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. During peak periods (Black Friday, December holiday season) delivery times may be extended — we will notify customers via the website banner. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
